The Albrecht Free Clinic will transition all patient care and operations to Lakeshore Community Health Care in January 2024. This change will help provide more consistent, streamlined care to patients. All services will continue to be provided at the same location at 908 W Washington St. in West Bend.
Those with or without insurance, at any income level, and all ages are welcome to become a patient. In addition to welcoming new patients, Lakeshore Community Health Care will add mental health and pharmacy services.

New Patient Forms - Fillable OnlineFor more than a decade, LCHC has operated two non-profit health centers in Sheboygan and Manitowoc. Services will not be free, however discounted care is offered, based on household income. There are over 1,400 health centers across the country in all 50 states. They are an important part of the healthcare safety net and offer low-cost dental, medical, mental health care, and discounted prescription medications.
Businesses and organizations in Washington County, who previously supported the Albrecht Free Clinic, continue to show their commitment to our mission increasing access to medical and dental care for uninsured, low income, and underinsured individuals.
